Provider and scope

Vienna SOS provides general information about everyday administrative matters in Vienna. Free navigation selects relevant official information or asks for clarification. Paid analyses use artificial intelligence to explain the information and documents you provide. Basic includes an explanation, sources and necessary next steps. Premium additionally considers alternative scenarios and likely further questions. Human professional consultations cannot be booked through this service.

Professional and emergency boundaries

Vienna SOS is independent of the City of Vienna and public authorities. It does not submit applications, represent you before authorities or guarantee eligibility, acceptance or a particular outcome. It is not an emergency service, law firm or medical practice. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

Information and automated reports are not individual legal advice, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Reports may contain mistakes; check material conclusions and deadlines against original documents and with the responsible authority or qualified professional. These service boundaries do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defects or non-performance.

Offers and final prices

Basic single costs €4.99 for one Basic analysis. Premium single costs €12.99 for one Premium analysis. Basic monthly costs €14.99 per month for four Basic analyses. Premium monthly costs €39.99 per month for five Premium analyses. Basic annual costs €149 per year for four Basic analyses per subscription month (48 over twelve months). Premium annual costs €399 per year for five Premium analyses per subscription month (60 over twelve months). Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each year. These are final prices including applicable VAT.

Additional analyses are not charged automatically. They require a separate purchase or a further paid subscription allowance.

Purchase, confirmation and starting an analysis

The contract for your selected offer is concluded upon successful payment through Stripe Checkout. You may leave checkout without making a purchase before payment. Accepting the terms before payment does not itself complete the purchase.

After payment is confirmed, we provide your contract confirmation for saving and send it by email. Before starting your first paid case, you receive the confirmation and separately acknowledge receipt. You then start the analysis yourself; payment does not automatically start an analysis.

This offer provides for performance before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends. Before payment, you separately request and agree to early performance and acknowledge the statutory consequences of full performance. These declarations do not exclude your statutory rights as a whole.

What counts as one analysis

One analysis concerns one situation based on the information you provide. Starting a case reserves one unit of the selected level. The unit is used when the completed report is saved. A reservation can remain in place while clarification or supporting sources are awaited.

Explanation of the report, correction of our error and historical information requested to clarify the same situation remain within that case and do not require a separate purchase. A subsequent new letter or event requiring a fresh analysis is offered as a new case, which you decide whether to start. Follow-up processing remains subject to service availability and operational limits; it is not an unlimited service.

Documents and account use

Supported documents are PDF, PNG, JPEG and WebP. A selected set may contain up to ten files, up to 20 MiB per file, up to 30 pages and 50,000 tokens in total. Unsupported, unsafe or oversized files may be rejected.

Keep your account credentials private. Upload only information you are entitled to share, and remove unnecessary third-party identifiers and sensitive information. Do not submit malicious files or seek unauthorised access. Your uploaded content remains yours. Processing for the service is described in the privacy notice; these terms do not authorise publication of private documents or unrelated marketing use.

Allowance periods and unused analyses

An unused single analysis has no automatically set expiry date. This does not promise that the service or account will exist indefinitely.

The monthly subscription period starts with the purchase, not with your first analysis or confirmation-receipt acknowledgment. Monthly analyses expire at the end of the period shown in your account and do not accumulate or roll over. A case reserved before expiry may finish after that boundary. A further allowance is provided only for a confirmed paid period. An annual payment covers twelve monthly allowance periods. Its units are released month by month, not all at once; the same monthly expiry and no-rollover rules apply.

Allowance boundaries follow calendar months from the subscription start in the Europe/Vienna time zone. The payment provider uses its billing schedule; daylight-saving changes may mean that the local billing hour and allowance boundary differ. If you hold both eligible subscription and single analyses of the same level, the subscription allowance is used first.

Renewal and cancellation

A monthly subscription renews automatically at its stated monthly price until you cancel renewal. An annual subscription renews automatically once a year at €149 for Basic or €399 for Premium until you cancel renewal. Ordinary cancellation through your account stops the next renewal. Access continues for the paid term; for an annual subscription, the remaining monthly allowances in that paid year continue to be released and expire at their respective monthly boundaries. Unused units are not automatically refunded solely because renewal is cancelled; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

The public subscription-cancellation form also accepts declarations without an account login, including declarations of extraordinary termination. The operator confirms the effective termination date separately. Receipt of a declaration is distinct from completion of a payment-provider change.

Withdrawal and statutory refunds

You have the statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days, subject to the statutory rules on the start, extension and expiry of that period. The full withdrawal information and voluntary model form are provided before purchase and included in your contract confirmation. You may send an unambiguous declaration to consulting@elshanmusayev.com, to the postal address above, or through the website withdrawal function. You do not have to use the model form.

Any legally permitted compensation for performance before withdrawal requires the applicable statutory conditions, including an express request for early performance and proper prior information. We explain any calculation against the service actually provided, the agreed total scope and the total price. We do not require compensation without a lawful basis. Starting an analysis, using a unit or downloading a report does not automatically establish full performance or loss of the withdrawal right.

There is no additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Mandatory withdrawal rights and remedies for defects or services not provided remain unaffected. A completed report does not by itself justify rejecting a statutory claim. Withdrawal is distinct from cancelling future subscription renewals.

Problems, complaints and technical non-performance

Contact consulting@elshanmusayev.com with your order or case reference, if available, and a description of the problem. Do not send payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents. Refund requests submitted through the account are reviewed by the operator.

For confirmed technical non-performance without a report, a single purchase is refunded at its purchase price. For a case from a subscription, the analysis unit is restored; if the original allowance has expired, the restored unit is available for 30 days after restoration. This technical process does not exhaust or restrict mandatory rights to correction, price reduction, termination or reimbursement.

Availability and retaining your records

Processing depends on available services, usage limits and sufficient supporting information. If required services or evidence are unavailable, processing may pause or fail. No particular response time or uninterrupted availability is promised. This does not exclude mandatory rights if an agreed service is not provided.

Save important original documents, reports and contract confirmations independently. Document retention and account-data deletion are described in the privacy notice.

Account deletion and mandatory rights

Deleting your account ends access and initiates deletion of account and case data; it is separate from cancelling subscription renewal. Active subscriptions are stopped and new purchases and use are blocked. Save reports and confirmations before deletion. Account deletion does not automatically calculate a cash refund of unused analyses.

Deletion does not waive a statutory refund claim. You may contact the operator afterwards with information sufficient to identify the contract. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protection or grant a right to change the price or scope of an already purchased analysis.
