This offer provides for starting the service before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends. After confirmed payment, you receive the contract confirmation. Before starting your first case, you confirm receipt of that confirmation; payment does not automatically start an analysis. To make this purchase, we ask for the following express declarations about starting the service early. You can leave the purchase without paying. These declarations do not exclude your statutory withdrawal rights as a whole.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins when the contract is concluded. Statutory conditions for the start of this period and any statutory extension where the withdrawal information is missing or incomplete remain unaffected.

For example, you may send an email or a letter, or use the “Withdraw from a contract” function on our website. Use of the form below is voluntary. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires. If you use the online function, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium without delay.
Effects of withdrawal
If your withdrawal is effective, we will reimburse all payments received from you under this contract without delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. Any legally permitted compensation for services already provided will be taken into account only under the conditions explained below and will be shown separately. We will use the original payment method for the reimbursement unless you expressly agree otherwise at no additional cost to you.
If you expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, a legally permitted proportionate amount may be payable for the service actually provided before we receive your withdrawal. In particular, this requires your express request and proper prior information about the right of withdrawal and possible compensation. The calculation is based on the proportion of the service provided relative to the entire agreed scope of the service and the agreed total price; if the total price is disproportionately high, the market value applies. We will explain any calculation to you. We will not claim compensation if the statutory conditions are not met.
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires early only after full performance of the contract and only when the statutory conditions are met. Before performance begins, you must have expressly agreed to the service starting during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract. Starting the analysis or downloading a report alone does not automatically constitute full performance of the contract.
Rights relating to defects or services not provided, and other mandatory consumer rights, remain unaffected. Withdrawal from the contract is distinct from cancellation of future subscription renewals.
